Message from the Campus Chief
Dear Students, Guardians & Well-wishers
It is my immense pleasure to welcome you at Myagdi Multiple Campus (MMC); a pioneering higher educational institution of Myagdi district and a leading campus in this region. The college has tried to capture the ideas from diverse academic disciplines applied to Social Science, Management and Education. The campus has well- defined vision, mission, goals and objectives (VMGOs). The motto of the campus is ''Quality Education for Successful Life'' which is being guided by the vision " to contribute in building well civilized society through quality education." The campus is fully committed towards its motto & VMGOs. Besides conducting the teaching learning activities according to the prescribed curriculum of TU, we equip our students with the practical life skills enabling them to cope up with different challenges they face in real life situation.
The campus emphasizes a learning friendly environment that promotes creativity, innovation and responsibility among its students. It is dedicated to empower citizenry with interdisciplinary pedagogical way trying to identify their innate skills and promote them as far as practicable.
Currently, MMC has three faculties including Humanities and Social Sciences, Management and Education in Bachelor Level and Master of Business Studies (MBS) under the Faculty of Management. The certification of quality assurance and accreditation (QAA) to the campus by University Grants Commission (UGC), Nepal, has added more responsibility to the campus. It is well prepared to maintain cordial and friendly relations with the community to provide the students with more opportunities of learning. It has decided to extend its programs vertically and horizontally. It expects that in near future the campus will start Master of Education in English and Educational Planning and Management (EPM), Information and Communication Technology Education (ICTE) in B.Ed, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) in Humanities and Social Sciences and M. A. in Sociology and Nepali.
Its spacious, well-structured buildings and peaceful location are the fundamental physical features, which are instrumental to effective learning and teaching. It owns ample amenities such as resourceful library, computer lab with high-speed internet connection, multimedia rooms, departments, counseling section, quality circle groups, research cell and so forth to foster the quality education. The campus has given much more priority to research activities. It aims to create and disseminate knowledge through research.
Finally, I would like to invite new students, parents, community people and other stakeholders to visit MMC.
